Day #5

I am grateful for old movies. I love them. There is just a talent and finesse that you don't always see in movies today. Back then it was about the story, not just the special effects. Actors and actresses (as well as musicians) were talented, not just popular or not just willing to bare it all for some attention (hello Lady Gaga). I started watching this black-and-white movie last night and can't wait to finish it tonight. The amazing Humphrey Bogart and a deliciously creepy storyline: a man accused of a gruesome murder with no definite proof either direction, other than the testimony of his female neighbor (who is clearly attracted to him) that she saw him at home at the time. When they develop a relationship, you worry about her, because what if he really did it?
